The authorized licensee of MariCal technology can be assured that its license rights will be secure. It is MariCal's policy to vigorously and aggressively defend its intellectual property positions against any and all unauthorized use, encroachment, or expropriation, and MariCal has taken appropriate steps to assure that it is in a strong position to pursue any such improper activities.

HBSR is a Boston-area law firm specializing in intellectual property law with a diversified clientele of large and mid-size corporations; start-ups; academic, research and medical institutions; national and international organizations; and individuals. Mr. Brook has over thirty years experience in intellectual property matters. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and an M.S. in chemical engineering from Northeastern University.
